Will this get me into ChatGPT?

No tool can promise that. The check shows what stands in the way and what to fix. Whether ChatGPT then recommends you depends on your site, your reviews and what others say about you.

Why might ChatGPT give a different answer tomorrow?

AI assistants do not give the same answer every time. Your report is a snapshot of what ChatGPT answered on the day of the check.

What do you do with my website address and email?
